Referral Process

At Specialists in Pain Care, we see newly referred patients within a week in most cases, which is much faster than other clinics. We can also see a patient for an emergency injection in a couple of days when possible.

Step 1

We need the following information about your patient:

Demographic data
Copy of insurance card
Relevant office notes listing patient medical history and medicines
Imaging reports

Step 2

Complete our referral form.
